Decadent Purple Hugs & Co. Loafers Shot by Nathan Lewis

If Willy Wonker owned a bar would this be it? Perhaps there would be some chocolate hiding somewhere. In any event the vivid imagination of Nathan Lewis created this decadent combination of rich colour for the third instalment of his triptych of still life works featuring Hugs & Co. footwear. 

Reds and Purples conjure up images of a monarch's coronation whist the intriguing textures are embellished with the natural ridges of an oyster's shell. The shoes that feature are the purple suede women's penny loafers from the limited edition Jungle Collection. The moc croc embossed suede in an eye catching shade of purple has been one of the standout pieces of the collection, an obvious choice for Lewis as he created this last colour pallet, the boldest of the three works.
