An all new collection from Hugs & Co. centring around the espadrille style. Hugs & Co. inject the brand's signature personality into the traditional style, upgrading the simple shoe into a modern luxury piece.
These shoes have a refined clean aesthetic and are made with soft lightweight Italian suede, cut and stitched along with a luxurious tan leather lining. Hugs & Co. continue their sustainable approach to fashion by designing this sole with a natural cork/EVA mix and the unique up-cycled car tyre sole found only in Hugs & Co. products.
The collection features different takes on the espadrille style, each based on a traditional silhouette. Here the style has been upgraded, modernised, and redesigned with sustainability in mind.
The campaign shoot drew attention to the elegant form of these modern espadrilles, focused on the carefully curated first edit of colours and inspired the wearer to pair this style with anything from sharp suiting to informal resort wear. The combination of creative direction from Benjie Davis and Alex Bladen behind the lens brought the collection to life in a series of different looks.
