You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a second email when your order is dispatched, this second email will contain a link or tracking details so you can follow the whereabouts of your new Hugs & Co. purchase on its way to you.

Standard UK delivery will take 1 to 3 working days, we do offer faster delivery options for an added cost in the shipping part of the checkout. International orders may vary but express options will also be offered in the checkout.

Hugs & Co. driving loafers are a slightly wider fit than some European brands, they are not however specifically designed to be wide fit. The driving loafers are made form a soft sured that does give slightly after the first few wears, shoes that are slightly snug at first will become moulded to you feet in time.

The boat loafer shoes are a slightly wider fit.

Our partner brand Busby Boots are also a slightly wider fit boot.

Hugs & Co. does not currently stock half sizes, we advise going up a size for comfort in all of our styles.
